Wicked : The Life and Times of the Wicked Witch of the West by Gregory Maguire
At our groups’s first meeting last night, we decided to go green for March and read Wicked by Maguire. I’m a bit nervous as this is WAY outside of my genre comfort zone. We want to have fun with it though and so I’m hoping that after our members finish the book they will flock to the musical! 🙂

The StoryLine Bus travels throughout Greater Winston-Salem, providing opportunities for everyday people to record their life stories and listen to and learn from the stories of their neighbors. The bus comes to Kernersville on Thursday, March 1st from 12-5pm. You must register for a recording time by calling 703-2930.
ECHO’s StoryLine Project was founded on a simple, yet powerful, premise: When we share our stories, and listen openly to the stories of others, we expand our understanding of who we are as a community. We discover what we share in common and begin to understand the diverse experiences that shape our lives and community. It’s a beginning…toward creating a more connected community.
